Code of Conduct
The approach of members of the Apex Chamber of Commerce & Industry of NCT Delhi shall be to operate and conduct business operations in accordance with the law of our state and to accept guiding principles as established by the chamber as a preferred code of conduct.
Without attempting to draw up detailed guidelines to govern every situation that might arise in the course of diverse and complex business activity in NCT of Delhi. The Chamber has established the following basic principles only as general operating guidelines that all the Members are expected to follow:
- Members will be law abiding and make every effort to comply with the laws of NCT of Delhi of which they the subject.
- Members shall not knowingly involve or participate in any unethical, fraudulent and corrupt practices.
- Members endeavor to honor all business obligations and commitments that they undertake with professionalism and integrity.
- Members will maintain and keep their business records in a transparent manner that reflects the true nature of their business transactions and activities.
- Members will be truthful and realistic in stating claims.
- Members will be responsive to customer’s need and concern.
- Members will protect, promote and conserve the environment, water, power and community interests.
