How I can apply for the Membership?
|

|
|
There are two ways to become a member of the Chamber:
|

a) |
Call / E-mail / write to the Chamber Office for the Application Form or Download from the Chamber website. Fill the Application Form carefully and sent it to the Chamber Office along with a cheque amounting to the Application and Annual Subscription Fee and an extra passport size photograph.

b) |
Login directly to fill in the asked information below. Click on the "Submit" button and a fully completed Application Form with the submitted information will be generated.
With print option, take out two copes of the generated Application Form for Membership. Affix recent passport size photograph marked position and self-attest it with half signatures on the photograph and rest on the application form.
Fill the details of payment i.e. Cheque No., Date, Amount and Bank Name as required in the Application Form towards Admission Fee and Annual Subscription. Put your signatures with seal at the required space.
Post this copy of the Application Form along with the cheque and an extra photograph without signature to the Chamber Office. The second copy of the Application Form may be retained for your record.
In case of any assistance, please call at the chamber's secretariat. You will be contacted for any missing information, if so required.
Fully completed application form in all respect will be first scrutinized by the Screening Committee before putting it to the Managing Committee of the Chamber for the final approval.
On successful approval of the application, a welcome letter / message will be sent to the applicant as confirmation of the membership.
Applicants are requested to provide full information as asked in the Application Form while applying for the membership. This information shall be put into the Chamber's website data and will be helpful for their business growth in future.
The members may be able to amend/alter the information given in their Application Form later after becoming the member by Login to the chamber' website.
